00.2 - Our Team (Roles and Strengths)

Hey guys,

A key part of building our future firm is understanding our individual strengths, how we best contribute, and how we fit together as a core team (Yi Xie, Leon, Claudia). This understanding helps us design roles that feel right, work efficiently, and allow us to support each other effectively.

Our Goal Here:

Important: This is a safe space for honest reflection and supportive feedback. There's no right or wrong answer; it's about recognizing the valuable and unique skills each of us brings.

How We'll Do This:

  1. Self-Reflect: Each of us takes time to consider the prompts under our name below.
  2. Share on Discord: Post your self-reflections in the #00-4-core-team-roles Discord channel.
  3. Share Peer Input: After reading others' posts, share the strengths you see in them on Discord. Also, suggest how your strengths might complement theirs.
  4. Discuss & Define: We'll use the Discord discussion to refine our understanding and start defining ideal future roles.
  5. (Later) Summarize: Once we have clarity, we can summarize the key points back in this note.
