Purpose:
- To inventory our key technology components (hardware, software, cloud services).
- To identify tech that is slow, unreliable, outdated, or hindering productivity.
- To pinpoint areas where systems don't integrate well or lack needed features.
- To assess potential security vulnerabilities or data backup issues.
How to Use This Note:
- Assess Tools: Think about the computers, software (case management, documents, accounting, etc.), printers, network, and cloud services (like Google Drive) we use daily. What works well, what doesn't?
- Discuss Tech Troubles: Share specific examples of software crashes, slow performance, missing features, integration problems, security worries, or data access issues in Discord.
- Summarize Gaps: We'll document the key technology challenges and system gaps here.
