Our "brand" is essentially our reputation – how we are perceived by clients, potential clients, and the wider community. Our messaging is how we consistently communicate our value. Getting this right ensures we present a clear, professional, and appealing image.
Purpose:
- To define the core identity and personality of V L Decruz & Co.
- To articulate our unique value proposition (Why choose us?).
- To develop key messages that resonate with our 20.1 - Ideal Client-Profile.

Crafting Our Brand Identity & Key Messages
Let's define these core elements:

| Key Marketing Messages | What are the 2-3 core messages we want potential clients to remember about us? (Should highlight benefits relevant to the Ideal Client). |
| Tone of Voice | How should our written and verbal communication sound? (e.g., Professional yet warm, clear & direct, reassuring, expert & confident?) Should align with 20.3 - Client-Communication-Standards. |
