Our website is often the first impression potential clients have of us online. It needs to be professional, informative, easy to use, and reflect our Brand. This note covers the strategy for our website and related online content (excluding social media, which is in 30.4 - Social Media Strategy & Guidelines).

  2. Define Goals & Content: Brainstorm what our website should achieve and contain.

Core Content Pages What pages are essential? (Homepage, About Us/Team, Practice Areas detailed, Contact Us, Blog/Articles?, FAQs?). What key info must each contain?
Design & User Exp. Should it reflect our Brand personality? Easy to navigate? Mobile-friendly? Clear calls-to-action (e.g., "Contact Us")?
SEO Basics What keywords would ideal clients search for? How can we incorporate these naturally into page titles and content? Importance of local SEO (Kuala Lumpur focus)?
Content Marketing Should we create blog posts, articles, or guides on relevant legal topics to attract visitors and demonstrate expertise? If so, who creates it? How often?
