This note ensures all our external-facing materials present a consistent and professional image that reflects our agreed Brand. This includes everything from business cards to our website look-and-feel.

Purpose:

How to Use This Note:

  1. Inventory Materials: List the key materials we use or need (cards, letterhead, website, etc.).
  2. Define Standards: Discuss and agree on basic design principles (logo usage, fonts, colors) and key information to include for each item.
  3. Document Guidelines: Summarize the standards here.

Guidelines for Key Marketing Materials

Let's define standards for consistency:
