Our Transformation Roadmap: Planning the Change
Our Transformation Roadmap: Planning the Change
Hey guys,
This section is all about planning and managing the actual implementation of the changes we've designed in our Blueprint. Having a clear roadmap helps us prioritize efforts, allocate resources, and track progress as we transition from the "current state" to our desired "future state."
Purpose of This Section:
- To provide a high-level overview of key implementation phases and priorities.
- To link to the dashboard where we track the status of active projects.
- To provide the standard template for defining new projects.
- To centralize links to individual Project Briefs.
How We'll Use This Section:
- Prioritize: Based on our Diagnosis (
Section 10) and Designs (Sections 20, 30, 40, 60), we identify the most impactful changes to implement first. - Define Projects: Use the 50.2 - Project-Brief-Template to clearly scope out each implementation initiative.
- Track Progress: Monitor the status of all active projects via the 50.1 - Project-Dashboard.
- Discuss: Use the linked Discord channel for coordination and problem-solving during implementation.
